Mixed

Identity isn't always as concrete as we strive for it to be. Day to day we are faced with the notion of defining who we are, but the path is never linear. We try to make sense of life by placing what's around us in categories of things akin. But what happens when we feel like we don't fit into a certain category? Being of multiracial descent can often lead to a blurred sense of identity from a young age. "Mixed" is a curation of short stories and fearless quotes surrounding the struggle of facing these adversities and finding where we fit. I created Mixed for those out there like me, trying to find their place, to show others and myself that we belong. As human beings we are many things, but the last thing we are is alone.
